hinge plates, shelf-holders, screwed bushes, pressure
bushes, left and right wall unit holder insertion can
be executed with Bre.Ma. machines, either with single
machines or with in-line machines.

line for kitchen box gables composed by two
machines: the first machine executes drilling, routing
and fitting insertion operations, whereas the second
machine inserts glue into construction holes and into
groovings of cushion frames. This plant is directly
managed through a line directly connected to automatic
hydraulic press for box assembly.

A
line composed by two machines can be created for meeting
the requirements of a big production.
The picture show a line composed by a multi-position
loading device loadable with a sequence of panels having
different size form each other. The processing is then
shared between the two machines composing the plant.
The first machine executes all drilling operations whereas
the second machine does fitting insertion.
