Since
the beginning Bre.Ma. has concentrated on research and
development of hardware and software for the control
of its machines. From that experience gained the company
can today create the most innovative solutions.
Being a customer-oriented organisation Bre.Ma. developed
simple operator-machine interface solutions, guiding
through the programming operations. When solving more
complicate programming he is guided by „Help“-
functions.

The
programming of the Bre.Ma. machines is done through
a control system with three-dimensional visualization
of the panel. By indicating the coordinates of operations
(X-Y-Z) it is possible to see the process the machine
will do.

Tool
selection is possible by tool number (which is shown
with a picture on the video) and by diameter, with the
software optimizing choose the tool.
|
|
The
control of more complex procedures, like routing of
geometrical shapes (i.e. circles, ovals etc.) is eased
with „Help“ functions, which allow the operator
to program in the shortest possible time.

The
production lists represent with different colours the
status of the programs during operation, i.e. the operations
already done and the operations the machine has still
to do.

with other systems

More
and more companies want to interface between their own
order processing systems, CAD-systems, and the control
system of the machine. Bre.Ma. have a team of technical
experts, able to personalize any specific requirement,
making it possible to import files into the machine’s
control system.

Errors
on parts of the machine are shown by alarm messages
on the monitor giving complete information on the nature
of the problem and the specific part of the machine
involved. A simple interface makes it possible to see
the machine diagnostics on the monitor during permitting
the operator to analyse the status of every single part
of the machine.
Modem hardware and software make it also possible for
the technical staff of Bre.Ma. to link up with the customer’s
machine and give quick and precise solutions.
