After
having realized plants which solved the problem of producing
big quantities of panels for kitchens, Bre.Ma. developped
and installed a production cell to produce all components
of a kitchen box with one operator only.
The plant consists of a loading device, a machine type
Vektor
complete with boring and insertion units, and a machine
type Idrak
integrated into the panel return unit for drilling
and glue and dowel insertion into the edges of horizontal
components.
This line is be able to produce kitchen carcase components
into the assembly line averaging one box per minute
with a single operator.
